Whitby and Saltburn 1937 - 1958

An A8 4-6-2T, built by Raven for the NER as a 4-4-4T, were designed specifically for the undulating track along the Yorkshire coast between Middlesborough and Scarborough.  This one, 69873, was seen on Middlesborough shed in 1957.
