I was 3 ...It's great to see the shed as it was. I was 3 when it closed. The father in law started out as cleaner then fireman and finally driver. The sidings just out of shot on the right closed a few years later. I remember the first diesel coming up the valley, and remember seeing diesel's hauling away all the redundant steam locos as they were phased out.
